This week's tip
💡 Write down any questions before your first prenatal appointment — it's easy to forget things in the moment, and your care team genuinely wants to hear from you.

Development
- All major organs are now present and beginning to develop.
- Tiny fingers and toes are forming, though they are still webbed.
- Baby is beginning to move, though these movements aren't felt yet.
- The facial features — eyes, nose, and mouth — are becoming more defined.
- The tail-like structure at the base of the spine has disappeared.
How you might feel
- The uterus is now about the size of a large orange.
- You may notice your waistband feels tighter.
- Mood swings may be intense — this is hormonal.
- Nausea and fatigue typically continue.
- Skin may begin to change — some women notice a glow, others notice breakouts.
Things to do this week
