How you might feel
- Your uterus is growing rapidly — you may notice your bump suddenly looks bigger.
- Swelling in feet and ankles can begin.
- Pregnancy brain (forgetfulness) is real and very common.
- Sciatic nerve pain may begin if the uterus presses on it.
Things to do this week
- Walk regularly — 20–30 minutes daily is ideal for circulation
- Elevate your feet when sitting to reduce swelling
- Stay well hydrated
- Begin looking into hospital or birth center tour options
